Vinted Scraper: Export Listings, Prices and Seller Data
Vinted Smart Scraper pulls public Vinted listings, seller profiles and price data from 26 country sites, from vinted.fr and vinted.de to vinted.co.uk and vinted.com, into structured rows. It is built for resellers who source in one country and sell in another, for analysts tracking second-hand prices, and for developers who need Vinted data in a spreadsheet or an API.

What people use it for
Spot price gaps between countries
Enter one product, for example a sneaker model, and pick up to 5 Vinted markets. The run returns a summary row with average, median, lowest and highest price per country, the cheapest market to buy in and the market where it lists higher. Check shipping, fees and condition on the live listings before you buy anything.
Daily alert for new cheap listings
Set a search with a keyword, price range, condition and newest-first sorting, save it as an Apify Task and schedule it once a day. Each run lists fresh matches with links, which you can push to Google Sheets, a webhook or your own Telegram bot. The same listing can show up again on a later run, so remove duplicates by item id on your side.
Watch a competitor seller
Paste a seller's profile URL and run it on a schedule. Each run saves rating, review count, followers, items listed and items sold, so you can compare the exports over time and see how fast their stock moves.
Follow the price of specific items
Give a list of listing URLs and a storage name, and the actor keeps a price history between runs. Later runs show price drops and how long the item has been listed, which helps you decide when to make an offer.
Who it is for
- Resellers and flippers who compare the same item across countries before buying stock
- Deal hunters who want a daily list of new listings under a price limit instead of refreshing Vinted
- Shops and sellers who keep an eye on a competitor's closet, rating and sold count
- Pricing and market analysts who need prices by brand, size and condition in a spreadsheet
- Developers and automation builders who feed Vinted rows into webhooks, n8n, Google Sheets or their own apps
How to run it
- Open Vinted Smart Scraper on Apify and sign in or create a free Apify account.
- Choose a workflow: cross-country price comparison, deal alerts or seller watchlist (more modes such as price tracking and item detail are available).
- Type your search words or paste listing or seller URLs, pick the countries, and set filters such as price range, condition and the maximum number of results.
- Click Start and wait for the run to finish; the rows appear in the Dataset tab.
- Download the results as CSV, JSON or Excel, or fetch them with the Apify API, a schedule or a webhook.
Pricing
You pay per result, through your Apify account: $2.50 per 1,000 results at the time of writing (2026-11-08). No subscription to this actor. Apify's free plan includes monthly platform credit, enough to test it. The current price is always the one shown on the Apify page.
Questions
Is it legal to scrape Vinted?
The actor only reads data that is publicly visible on Vinted listing and seller pages, and it never buys, sells, messages or logs into an account. Whether your use is allowed still depends on your country, what you do with the data (personal data in particular) and Vinted's current terms. This is not legal advice, so check those points for your own project.
Does Vinted have an official API I can use instead?
This actor is not an official Vinted API and is not run by Vinted. It is an independent tool that turns public Vinted pages into structured rows, which you can then fetch through the Apify API, on a schedule or with webhooks.
How much does the Vinted scraper cost?
It uses pay-per-event pricing, so there is no monthly fee for the actor itself. You pay a small fee when a run starts, a fee for each result row saved (0.0025 USD per row on the Free plan tier, less on paid tiers) and, for some workflows, a fixed fee per run, such as 0.20 USD for a cross-country comparison or 0.05 USD for a deal alert check on the Free tier. Apify shows the current rates on the actor page before you start.
Can I export Vinted data to Excel or Google Sheets?
Yes. Every run saves its rows in an Apify dataset that you can download as CSV, JSON or Excel. You can also pull the data through the Apify API or send it to Google Sheets with Apify's integration.
Which Vinted countries are supported?
26 markets: France, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Belgium, Austria, Lithuania, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Latvia, Slovenia and the United States. Prices are not converted between currencies, so price comparisons make the most sense between euro markets.
What are the limits per run?
A run returns up to 300 items and compares up to 5 countries; split larger jobs into several tasks. Free Apify accounts are capped at 30 results per search run, 10 URLs for price tracking and one seller per seller-profile run. Vinted can also hide listings or return fewer rows than you asked for.
Can I see which Vinted items have sold?
Only in part. Vinted hides most sold listings from public search, so the sold-items mode often comes back empty. The sell-through tracker instead compares scheduled snapshots and marks items that disappear for several runs as likely sold, which is a signal, not a confirmed sale.
